Got your Verve on?!?!?

I do!! I just got NEW VERVE stamps! And what can be better than that?? Well....since I put the question out there - time to stamp with those new Verve stamp - and since there are all sorts of Verve challenges going on - I decided to go for it!


This first card, however, is not a challenge card - just a card to use my new Verve stamps! I LOVE LOVE LOVE it - and when you see one of my Verve challenge cards - you'll see that I will probably end up with a matched set!




In this close up, you can see that I scored the base diagonally both ways (with my Scor-Pal) to give the card texture - I really like the effect. Stamped the Verve butterfly from my new Verve Beautiful Kindness set on my patterned paper twice and gave it "wings" so it can flutter! I have had this ribbon in my stash for a while - this paper was so PERFECT for it! I love it when things come together like that. I made the stick pin - and that bead, as you can see, another perfect match!


Tomorrow....or ever later today, you will see the other card I made with my new Verve set - which is one of the sketch challenges. I will definitely have a set of these when I am done!
